General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to order.

By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by e-mail or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and Shipping

All prices are final prices.

Shipping is free for the customer.

4. Delivery

Delivery takes place to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The delivery time is usually 5–7 working days.

Should a product not be available or should there be delays, we will inform the customer immediately.

5. Payment

The payment methods offered in the shop are displayed during the ordering process.

Payment is due immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the separate withdrawal policy.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS). We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
